What we do.

We’re committed to getting your team to perform at its peak. Consistently.

But for your team to perform at its peak there are two silent killers that need to be overcome.
Two forces that will kill virtually all innovation and productivity.

  • Silos. Politics. Turf wars.

We have all worked in teams rife with them. Sometimes we have been their cause. Meetings dominated by loud voices resulting in the great ideas stay locked away in the hearts and minds of team members, never to see the light of day. Avoidance, denial, suppression. Honest and open dialogue between team members a distant hope and not a present reality.

What does it all have in common?

    Fear.

Fear has purpose. It’s purpose is to advise us of threats. To prepare us to fight or fly. But when fear becomes the silent boss it has overextended its reach.

It's time fear was put back in its place.

  • Like light diffused in a thousand different directions is the team has lots of energy but no focus. Confusion in teams ensures that no matter how much energy is exerted, progress will be minimal. WIthout clear objectives progress is difficult to track. And a felt lack of progress is draining and frustrating for all team members.

Even fear is successfully eliminated, confusion can remain as the silent killer to the productivity and fruitfulness of the team. The team may be free from fear, but the vision that God has for your church is just writing on the wall, and not a growing reality in your community.

How well do the people at every layer of your church/organisation know the answers to the following questions…

  • Why does your church/organisation exist?

  • What does it do?

  • How does it behave?

  • How is it going to succeed?

  • What is most important right now?

  • Who is going to do what?

How well do the people in your church know the answers to these questions?

Generating, over-communicating and reinforcing organisational clarity are crucial for your team's peak performance.

We will show you how.

Meet the Team.
